"Although I pre-booked the week before, I doubled checked and called day before. Luckily I did, as I should have been given a price beforehand to confirm acceptable before officially booked. Just wasn't clear on the outset when call was originally taken. Other than that my booked cab arrived 5 mins early and all was fine."
