"Booked 2 hours ahead for specific time for 14 minute journey to station to catch a train to London, when didn't arrive i called them: was a screw up and they couldn't get me there in time even though I'd told them i had train to catch and given 23 minutes of buffer time. Only used the once but really deserved zero stars."

"When you book for a taxi the day before! You expect them to be on time and there and they don’t tell are it might be a little late but instead you call them and get sass and I quote “20 other people are so to what do u want me to do” I would understand if he said it in a nice way bet he didn’t he said with sass and very rudely and me saying “well I’m going to be late for work” says again very rudely what he previously said so asked for a refund and he rudely replied “3 working days” so now I’m a hour late to work just because I had to wall in the rain for 1 hour and now late to work do not advise using silver town taxis if u do decide to let’s hope they have a change of staff. L"

"Suddenly stopped taking dogs. Never had an issue before. My dog is small and travels well but no, they won't take him. How are disabled people who don't drive supposed to get their pets to the vets? Why on earth would they stop taking dogs suddenly like this? Now I'm stuck trying to get to the vets (all taxi forms seem to have dog issues) and extremely stressed. So that's just wonderful."

"I ordered from the app, they took the payment and immediately cancelled the taxi. It took 5 days to get my payment back. There is not a complaints procedure and nothing mentioned in t&cs around taking Money for cancelled taxis. When i rang and spoke to the "manager" she was unhelpful, rude and clueless. The management team are clearly untrained and incapable of running a business. There is a clear reason why people are using better taxi companies in the area which are also a lot faster. Avoid this company, use at your own risk. Absolute clowns"

"Pre booked a taxi days ago for 10am was needed for an appointment in town, 20 mins late, making us late for the appointment, driver who was rude impatient tried to pull away before either myself or passenger had seat belts on. Excuse used on the phone when I called was traffic due to road works. But they have been in place for weeks so hardly a shock. Used a different firm for return and had a much nicer experience. Won't be using again."
