"Order a taxi the other day I was stood there for about an hour waiting for the taxi in the end I walked home with all my shopping and my 4 year old child got home to finally get a message that my taxi was on the way it had been an hour and half before my taxi got sent to me never using them again not finest problem I had with them"

"Modern day robbers , ripped me off of 2quid .l booked a cab for work it arrived 5:25 am to my work place the fare was £5.70 I gave the driver £10 he gave me £ 2.30 and drove off l called the office to complain about it.the operater told me that the driver would leave the 2quid in the office and l would get a 2quid discount on my next booking. She could have just told the driver to turn back and give me my money .so when l booked for a cab to go home and asked about that 2quid l was told l have to speak to the manager..they steal and they steal pretty well not trust worthy at all very sly and after they brush you off like a pest .l will never use their service again usless theives. Not impressed at all"

"won't be using them again after last 3 calls. The latest call left us stranded at airport after me booking taxi personally in office got home from holiday no taxi resulting in a long wait. The trip to the airport also resulted in a wait due to flat tyres. Always thought they were reliable before that."
