"If you are considering using Philip for your will, believing it will be made simple for your loved ones, would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. My uncle’s house proceeds have still not been received by the charity he left it to, and cash beneficiaries chased and chased and chased for almost a year and a half to receive. Not responsive, ignores messages, does not keep parties updated. The house didn’t go on the market in a timely manner and only after chasers did any action take place. Asked multiple times for a breakdown of work as we believe the property has now lost value due to inaction, but despite asking 3 times, no information provided"
