"Went in there today to get my free coffee after buying 8 coffees as you get one free and the till wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash to buy one. They said I had to pay for it by cash which I didn’t have. I’m in that coffee shop everyday and the least they could of done was give me my free coffee. It’s not the customers fault that the till wasn’t working and won’t be going in there again. They have lost a loyal customer."

"Perfect location and definitely convenient for station user. Small place but its in a very good location just outside Goodmayes station. Pick up a take way and was good . Service 1st and very clean. I love costa coffee"
