"Grumpy & unfriendly staff! I have been going to muffin break since they opened and staff is constantly looking grumpy and unhappy. This place is also not child friendly. My group of friends were asked to keep their kids seated (toddlers won't seat and like to run around). Really disappointed with this place."

"I came in with my friend (which I do quite often) just because we enjoy the muffins, we can never choose what to have so we order 2, cut them in half and have half of each. The hot drinks are good... the only downside for me is that the wait time for your drinks... but saying that they give you a number and tell you to take a seat and when your drinks are ready they bring them over."
