"my sister needed to changer her sanitary towel as there were no other toilets available and they would not unlock the door for her unless she paid for something. She leaked through her clothes and ruined some very expensive clothes. Shocking."

"Very rude lady. I went yesterday with my husband and she refused to serve us frappe's because she had everything washed, ready to go home, even though it was still 45 minutes till closing. I will never ever go back there, she ruined my Sunday."
