"Oh dear oh dear oh dear Not at all what I'd expect from a bagel shop. I thought perhaps it had just opened under new management as it seemed to have a lot of people behind the counter and what appeared to be one serving person, who despite me standing right in front of her continued her conversation. It took someone else from the back to tell her to serve me. She wasn't sure if they had the salmon and cream cheese bagel i ordered. Bagel duly made by the guy in the back, no gloves nothing, he did ask if I wanted pepper and lemon. I gave him £4 for the advertised £3:50 bagel and got no change. I was told that prices have gone up and the paper sign underneath told me about the increase. I honestly thought it meant if I asked for extra salmon I would pay an extra 50p. I gave him back the bagel Common sense prevailed and he gave me my change and bagel after telling me that it would cost £800 to update the price board."
