"We've tried many clip n climb style centres and this is the worst. It's shoe horned into the entrance foyer of the snowdome, no space for spectators and no proper area for getting ready or safety briefings. It is also on of the more expensive. There were far too many climbers for the small space and not enough walls, so a lot of waiting for walls which were appropriate to the climber. A couple of the staff were attentive and helpful with swapping belays but one just stood watching my son struggle until another staff member stepped in. We'll stick with the local leisure centres both for facilities and service."

"Great evening out. Suitable for kids as well as adults. Paid for half an hour and it was just right as going up the escalators a few times is enough. Spent some time with drinks, so overall time there was about 2hrs and 30 mins."
