"I purchased a toastie so can't really comment on the coffee. The toastie was just okay and I would probably say the fact that I got it hot that's what I wanted and that's what I got. The staff was a bit slow and unmotivated and not very friendly but again it was just a pick-up."

"One of few places inside London City Airport with some gluten free food. Usually one sandwich, several snacks and always chocolate (Willie's Cacao). Soy milk available for coffee. Coffee itself perhaps *least bad* of the big chains."
