"Always have a lovely experience here, staff are friendly, food is fresh and made to order, relatively cheap prices and portion sizes are large! Great for breakfast, every time I go in, there are people sitting eating breakfast. To be honest I'd much rather give my money to these small independent shops than the likes of the larger chain stores that are everywhere. The lady serving me was so lovely that she told me to hold the bag from the bottom to make sure the beans wouldn't spill and she came around the counter and opened the door for me as well! That's real customer service. Try getting that at Costa!"
