The staff are so welcoming and helpful, I don't think I really understood the value of truly great customer service until I visited Mel's (and both time I've visited was the same!) Add to that great food, non dairy milk options, reasonable prices and a tidy little bathroom and you've got yourself a brilliant café. Well worth a visit when you're in the area."
