"Ordered white hot chocolate white espresso inside since they don't do white mocha which is fine.. staff sccomadated did some discounts so it wasn't very expencive but the drink was saturated with oil I hadn't realised till I drunk 1/3 of it, not I cant stop spitting out this oily residue causing my throat to be excessively dry due to the amount of oil I have unwilling ingested. This cannot be OK when I opened the lid there was a layer of oil onto of the actual drink. Can you please explain why this is, it cannot be normal. I should have taken a picture but I threw the drink in the nearest bin out 9f sheer disgust."
