"Sometimes they are okay They get things wrong but fix them I feel they get distracted talking to each other then concentrating on the task which leads to incorrect orders Coffee warm sometimes not always hot ... Friendly staff but just need to concentrate more ..."

"New Addington Branch. The coffee was nice. The staff were friendly. But there was a very pushy man in there who kept shouting until the staff gave him a free drink. I don't blame them, they didn't want any trouble. The problem is that he will repeat that behaviour next time and it's very uncomfortable for the other customers. In the future, if I use the place again, it will definitely only be take out."
