"I wish I could give these guys zero stars, So, where to begin, I was involved in a road traffic accident in November, I was the driver and my wife was the passenger. In this instance, the 3rd party had accepted 100% of the liability, good news I thought. How unfortunately wrong I was. Emails are constantly ignored, don't even bother trying to call them, you won't get through to a single living soul. I have summited a call back form online more times than I can count. Despite this i still haven't received a response. If all this wasn't bad enough, I attended a medical with my wife, Bott and Co have sent her an offer and cannot seem find any record of my attendance of said medical, despite driving 45 mins to another city to attend it! The level of incompetence and negligence is frankly mind boggling. They clearly do not care about 'clients'. If you value your sanity I would steer well clear."

"I was in an road traffic accident last October. I am a driving instructor and my pupil was driving when the third party crashed into the back of our car. Full liability has been accepted and all things regarding my car have been taken care of. My personal injury claim has not. I received a copy of a letter after my physio finished stating that the other side had denied liability but as an innocent passenger they could claim against the driver on a no prejudice basis. I emailed that the the driver was on my policy as I am a driving instructor so that was not a course of action . I then sent them proof that the third party had accepted liability and received another copy of a letter sent basically repeating the whole innocent passenger statement. I then received a phone call from my own insurance company saying that Bott and Co were trying to make a claim against my own policy!! This was in January and my insurance company said they would reject the claim as they are acting against my wishes. Who would make a claim against themselves !! I cannot get a response from emails and no one answers a phone. I have never known a company so hard to get in contact with"

"Honestly the worst communication I've ever experienced. Clear case; driver crashed into my cab. Their final report of costs are so confusing. Have been emailing and calling for over a month for someone to help me understand yet no one bothers to ever reply. Utterly shocking. Now the documents have expired and I'm totally lost as to what to do because they don't bother to get back to their clients. I wish I had read the reviews before I let this company deal with my claim. So disappointing and infuriating. If I could give no stars I would."

"I had an accident over a year ago and Bott were the legal cover provided by my insurance company. I am still waiting for my claim to be resolved. Most worryingly they appear to have lost my payslips and I have heard no response to attempts to complain for over a month. I have subsequently had to raise a complaint with the ICO. Update. I subsequently had a reply within a day of posting this review. Convenient. However, they have again not replied for a further two weeks now. I appreciate people are busy but this is beyond ridiculous."

"Went with this company for my flight compensation, airline agreed for payout which was good news. Now that the airline has paid bot and co solicitors they are not replying to my email nor calls and when I do get through to someone they just make up false claims that someone will call you back absolutely joke of a company! Management and senior management are money grabbing thief’s avoid at all cost. They have literally robbed me and don’t want to take any responsibility. Absolutely rubbish company. Please avoid i repeat please avoid at all cost."
