"My son is currently out of the UK, whilst away he left his beloved VW Caddy with his friend to use. Last month the vehicle developed a coolant leak so his friend took it in to garage he had found nearby and ask them to look for the leak and since the service light was on to attend to that too. They did the service but said the coolant leak was from the water pump and that would mean a new cam belt too. (approx £450). I knew that the cam-belt & water pump were done less than 10k miles ago, when my son bought it, so thought it unlikely to have failed so soon. After making enquiries we decided to get a second opinion at Arrow Car repairs. When phoning to find what the problem was Richard said it was only a rubber hose (above the pump) which had come loose, he said its so simple Its fixed and even better only took 10 minutes so no charge!! Well that speaks volumes to me, why would you go anywhere else?"
