"The gentleman called Mr Derek Lawrence was an enthusiastic ,intelligent, impressive and smart looking person. He has explained in depth about the service and policies to me and my wife. I was amazed and would like to give him 5 stars. He has definitely met my expectations. A big thanks to Trust Family Association and special thanks to Mr Derek Lawrence."

"Sold my vulnerable elderly relatives probate forms for £1000 I called to cancel and was told this was ok but one of the names on the account had to call. I asked how they could charge this price when they can be done online for free and was told “that’s what we charge”. I also asked if there was a time limit to cancel and was told no. My uncle rang to cancel and put his daughter on the phone to speak with them and was told it was cancelled and they would get their money back. A couple of hours later someone else rang and said they wouldn’t, it was too late that £500 each “wasn’t that much” and threatened them with legal action. Waited until their daughter had gone so could frighten the life out of an elderly vulnerable man. They were told this on the first call so this was completely intentional and shows them up for the ruthless company they are. States estate planning lawyers on the description but they’re not. They use lawyers if you read fully because if they were they would be regulated by the law society when their complaints procedure is to go to trading standards if you’re unhappy. Avoid and use a reputable company who are at least regulated and don’t try and frighten elderly people into giving them money for free services."

"I found everything involved the company from first contact through to meeting your representative at home first class. Dennis went through everything calmly and clearly , and keep stopping to make sure i was happy with what he was explaining. It was a first rate meeting all together."

"A staff member called my grandparents to arrange for someone to come around to their house (purpose of initial meeting unclear). A different member of staff attempted to come to the rented property on two occasions speaking to a neighbour on the first occasion as my grandparents were not home, and to my grandparents on the second visit the next day. They were then asked questions regarding current will and funeral plans, current health concerns, current savings and income. They were told horror stories of how the family would suffer under new government policy, where a government representative would come to their house (on their deaths) and assess the value of all of their personal possessions, and that this property protection probate plan would prevent this (they do not own property which was told to the member of staff during their meeting). The cost of this plan (£3700) exceeds the cost of probate according to the gov website (£250). This plan also does not cover the cost of third party probate application (the family members applying for probate as executor). Take a look at the other reviews from this company and their responses to those reviews. It doesn’t take a lawyer to see that there are some predatory business practices going on here. If you have any family members in contact with this company I would advise consulting gov website and/or calling citizens advise."

"Still awaiting a reply from mine andy mother's cancellation letter sent by email on the 21st October to your admins as specified in your terms and conditions so we can get verification of cancellation of the 3 in 1 probate trust plan that we were promted into signing up for a day earlier and our deposit refunded. My elderly mother arranged meeting after being phoned by them, two hours into the appointment and I said I needed to discuss any finance with my husband wouldn't take waiting was left feeling like the only way to get rid was sign! No terms and conditions were given I had to search online to find out how to cancel , now your stringing that out as well! Stay well clear!"
