The solicitor did not understand the complexity of the Deed and delayed answering any queries, and repeatedly told us that she was working on it, when she wasn't. Only by daily phones by the seller did the sale eventually get completed, 5 and a half months after the offer was accepted and the seller's chain was in jeopardy. I would certainly not recommend if you want a stress free experience!"
