"It's like the staff are forced to be here. When we went in, I wasn't sure if we are seated or if the order is taken at our table or if we go to the counter. The staff don't acknowledge you going in so it's difficult to ask. We ended up going to the counter and ordering. I specifically asked for the eggs with my avo toast to be kept on a separate plate as I don't eat eggs but my partner does. When the food came, the eggs were touching my toast. I pointed this out to the waitress. No apology. Just took the plate and came back a few minutes later, obviously just separating the eggs when they should have made me a fresh order. Giving a 2 star as the bounty hot chocolate and caramel latte was nice"

"I’ve been here a few times and it’s great. Loose leaf tea and nice fresh food. My only criticism is the table layout and atmosphere. Despite Coffee Bank having better food and drink, I find myself favouring nearby Caffè Nero because they have more comfy seats, better layout and nicer atmosphere that makes me want to stay longer and order more. I hope the owners consider re-thinking it because it’s not right that Caffè Nero is always full and Coffee Bank always empty (that I’ve seen)"
