"Best specialty coffee in town made by the best team you could ask for. So lovely to find a cafe that consistently serves great coffee and the atmosphere is so welcoming. They clearly love good coffee & are good at it."

"What an amazing find in Chelsea!!! I ordered a cortado and it was perfection. There is quite a few chairs inside and it also has a toilet if you need. The staff were very friendly and also very quick! They don’t have food but do have some yumm cake slices, protein balls"

"Sadly just so so… I am on the quest to find London’s best coffee. Hagen came highly recommended but unfortunately was just ok. The cinnamon bun was alright as well, and had the potential to be great had it not tasted stale, as if it were from a few days prior. The £6 price tag for a bun isn’t quite justified by the quality. The cafe itself was cute but very dirty, with empty cups, empty bottles and spilled coffee on every table, and staff didn’t attempt to clean it at any point during my visit, despite having down time to stand around and chat!"

"Seriously the MOST VELVETY CAPPUCCINO in town. The staff are super kind and nice. The coffee Is AMAZING. I didn’t have coffee in 4 months and the thought of having a coffee took me straight to Hagen this morning. It also a cool place to hang out."
