"Enjoyed my coffee and sweet treats. A uniform taste across all the Costa’s that I enjoy. Service was a tad slow but it was a bit busy. Staff were attentive but came across very rude when taking to some customers. Very blunt mannerisms. Served me quickly and without any issues. Nice little cafe to have a catch up with friends and enjoy the lovely treats and coffee."

"Foreign blonde lady on the till with absolutely no regard for customer service. Sarcastic and rude to customers. I ordered toasted ham and cheese and was practically cremated Another person asked for a table to be cleaned and she ignored him as she was too busy speaking to a male colleague in another language! Was also being short with a young Asian colleague who was actually really polite! Also making a point that they close at 4.45 when on the website it states 6pm closing time. Disgusting way to behave and shall not go there again!"
