"Very expensive!!! Horrible cappuccino, the guy which was making the drinks at time of my visit was shouting drinks which was necessary to do so, I suppose it’s in his culture but in UK honestly I let others to see them self."

"Not only is the main entrance broken, but so is the experience. Surely the point of a franchise is to make the same service available in more places, with the same level of customer service. Unfortunately despite having free drinks to claim within the app as a loyal customer this branch is unable to accept this.... interesting as loyalty is built within the app, but not honoured in store!!"
