"The hot chocolate, is like sugar with milk and no chocolate flavour. The staff was rude when I asked for some chocolate power, they decided to put some of the “chocolate” power that it was actually pure sugar, the drink was horrible. Because I was freezing, I bought a coffee but it was horrible as well. Don’t think they have a great customer service - my experience was the worst I ever had in a coffeeshop. Will never buy anything at pigccino’s again."
