"Although this is my local Starbucks, it is the worst Starbucks I've ever come across. It's always really slow and it seems that so many of the staff are incompetent. Today (Friday 10th Mar) I waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Complete disaster."

"i was there on wednesday, i ordered a coffee and i wanted to sweeten it and there was no sugar. i asked the service for sugar and i was told there is no sugar because it is over. my girlfriend asked if they should inform me before selling coffee that there is no sugar. no response from their side.JOKE !!! second thing, the place is very dirty. the table was sticky and the seats were stained."
