"The tables here are a mess, part of it always closed and ridiculous closing time; considering hospital visiting time is until 8pm. Unfortunately, I've been here a few weeks with a sick relative and fancy a cup of tea about 5pm; no hope of getting it at Costa. Very disappointing."

She said because I didnt had an appoitment at the hospital or visiting somebody I am not allowed in.Can you explain since when this change why cant get a coffe and why is not notice about this anywhere?
