"Despite all the access control technology for people in the store, individually packaged products and the high quality standards of M&S products, the coffee attendants were without gloves and mask what could contaminate the products. The worst part was when I asked "where was the sugar?" and the attendant answered me harshly "look around" shocked by the rude answer I asked again and got the same answer. Honestly this is a place I do not recommend and do not intend to return: terrible service!"
