"I received voucher stating I was entitled to free coffee. Went to pick up and told to select coffee I liked. When I said non dairy milk was told I had to pay extra, not part of free coffee of your choosing offer. Only cows milk is free. Feel misled and wouldn't have bothered going to store in first place. Took black coffee and then purchased my own milk elsewhere to add and then drink"

"Staff are always friendly. Limited food options (particularly the vegan sandwiches) but the drinks are always made to the order and much faster service than the nearby Starbucks. There are some bad reviews about this branch, and I have been here a few times and felt a bit let down. But the staff always try their best and are very nice. There isn't really an atmosphere but I'm usually getting takeaway anyway."
