"Don't usually go in Costa, the coffee was good but why us it that online orders being collected take preference over actual customers? My toasties was ready but had to wait for 2 collections to be made up while it sat on the side!!! Why ???"

First time visiting a Costa in London - I got a message in regards to a free cake on my birthday as I had the app downloaded. the young man that served me was exceptional!! as I wanted to know if the cake had gelatine/alcohol etc. very informative! He went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. Wow great service today thanks so much!"
