"Awful staff! The boy on shift today when we visited around 4.30pm was so nervous and they had their private conversation with the co worker. It was very unprofesional and rude. When we asked for extra caramel and less cofee he didnt listen at all! When asked to re do the drink was very abrupt and unpleasant. Put too much caramel at the bottom of the cup maybe out of anger and i couldnt sip on the straw."

"Been in the area for 3 days everyday they didn't have oat milk even though it's advertised, when I suggested they use the new unopened bottle I had for my drink they told me it was too unhygienic. After 3 days they still didn't have oat milk. Personally think as a coffee shop that says they offer oat milk the least they should do is have it in stock. The woman simply shrugged at me and said she couldn't do anything which was really unhelpful and quite rude as I offered a solution - which I shouldn't have had to do after 3 days anyway. On top of that they ended up messing up the order and giving me cow's milk."
