"I literally can't recommend this studio enough. Sheryl and Vanessa are amazing instructors. They take time to explain everything and are so supportive and encouraging! They also make sure that regardless of your level you get to do fun things and truly get to know our abilities. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced, you can be sure to love their classes. They also make sure to take photos so we can have them after (which may seem like nothing but it's actually such a nice thought). Aerial is particularly good and unlike other studios, you get to try different equipment (hoop, silks, flying pole, lollipop...). Also important to note that the studio is super cute and clean."
"I was so worried about trying a new studio, but Asteria is just wonderful. Everyone is super welcoming, there’s a really friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from your first class! Vanessa and Sheryl are brilliant instructors. They’re super down to earth, make you feel comfortable, help you out as much as you need it and have created such a fun and safe environment. I started attending 7 weeks ago… and for the past 4 weeks I’ve been there 4x a week! I feel like I’ve been going for years! The classes are super fun, if you’ve never tried Pole or aerial before I highly recommend giving it a go! It’s a totally different type of exercise that is totally addictive, and really boosts your confidence. I can’t recommend Asteria enough ❤️"
