"Superb gym coupled with excellent trainers. Heavily influenced by Boxing and Muay Thai the trainers ensure that you get the best from your time there with them. I lost over a stone in weight in my first month there but my body transformation was even more notable. "Awesome gym, everything you need for fitness or Muay Thai training. Mark is a fantastic coach, you can tell you are being trained by a pro fighter, I have trained at a number of other gyms and none even come close. Fantastic for the kids too, my daughter started as a timid 5 year old and is now an outgoing 6 year old that can take care of herself. Highly recommend!"
