"Went in to this store as I had been here a few years back and I was happy with the service. I returned there today to buy 2 car registration plates and I was unhappy with the way there were printed. One reg had a bubble in it and then the other one had some marks going across the lettering. When I asked about these being rectified the bloke was dismissive, rude and very unhelpful. When he realised that they needed remaking he said "oh well i'll just give you your money back then!" This isnt the kind of service I was expecting and would urge people to think twice before buying from this shop. Very unprofessional."
