"Staff urgently need retraining to deal with vulnerable and handicapped people, Buyer beware! Phoned up, explained what we were looking for, was told they had what we needed, struggled to walk all the way down there only to find they didn't actually have what we asked for at all and then they took the piss out of us when we pointed it out! We used to go to lindleys diy all the time for everything, he was great and couldn't help enough but since it closed we have struggled to find a decent place to buy from that was close to home and good value, when this opened we gave it a try and thought it was brilliant! We have bought stuff from here 3 times since it opened and the staff were great, very helpful and respectful but after today i will try to avoid it if possible and spend my money elsewhere, its a shame really because the owner seems like a great guy"
