"Edit: In response to the owner's response which doesn't address what I said or take responsibility, I was never asked which screen I would like to pay for, I was just told it would be £60 to repair the cracked screen and was given one which was glued on. You never mentioned this. Had you given me a choice, I would have paid for the more expensive one. After I took it home the first time the glue kept coming off so I had to return two more times. I know for a fact I went to your store. You broke my phone and the LCD replacement would have costed more than half the worth of the phone itself so I had to get a new one. I took my Huawei P30 Lite to this place as I cracked the screen and needed it fixed. They put rubber bands over it and told me to wait several hours before using it which I did and the glue on the phone kept coming loose. I took it back three further times and had to wait an hour each time for it to be fixed, and then for the glue to set yet it kept coming off and eventually the LCD broke so I had to get a new phone. Not particularly happy with the service and I wouldn't recommend anyone who wants their phone fixed comes here."
