"I used to use this salon all the time before I later moved away to Australia. When i returned I was surprised to see it had changed hands but still booked as I always had and went for my appointment. Big issue for me is that i was completely ignored. No communication with staff throughout my haircut / style while they all joked with one another. Also at one stage had 2 people blowdrying my hair at the same time.. roughly.. which was extremely uncomfortable being pulled harshly in two different directions by two different hands/brushes. Hair cut was fine but wont be returning."
