"Unfortunately, I have to update my review. What I witnessed today, lunchtime 9th Jan 2023 was appalling customer service. A frail elderly couple (both with mobility frames) & their disabled daughter or granddaughter were told they could not bring their therapy dog into the building (after already sitting down)by the I assume "manager". If that wasn't bad enough a customer then stated it was disgusting behaviour l to another member of staff only to be sworn at! Serious management and customer service issues."

"Had somehow ran out of ceramic mugs even though there were only 6 people in, so could only offer takeaway cups. Not quite sure how that can happen... Decided to take away but had also run out of sleeves so had to put it in another cup so it could be held. Staff were friendly and offering suggestions but this isn't the first time there have been issues when we've visited this store so maybe wider supply chain issues. Food selection is poor and overpriced (~£3 for a small slice of cake that could be straight out of a Costco!) but think this is more reflective of the wider Starbucks approach. Paid £12 for 2 hot drinks and 2 small cups of cold milk for young children. Could learn from Costa coffee where cold milk is free rather than being charged £2 each which again - is extremely overpriced."

"Ordered a Grande oat milk matcha latte and the cup had no density when I received it. wasn't even full and was all froth. Definitely not worth the £3.95 for it. Not going back here and wouldn't recommend"
