Our family usually have a lot on during the week and sometimes struggle to find times when I can get in, but Paul always goes the extra mile to ensure I'm booked in when it suits me. All the staff are super polite, patient, and ensure you are well looked after. Saks have a number of apprentices that have joined the team in recent months and you can see (over time) the care, time and attention Paul and Bec put in to each one individually, to ensure they get the best out of them, and they're not just a number on the books. Great range of products available in the salon. Each stylist I've had over the years has been great in their own way. However, I've had Paul over the last couple of years and wouldn't look anywhere else, now. Being able to have a decent conversation sharing family life, and putting the world to rights on a monthly basis - can't fault the cut either, always delivers! Prices vary on services on stylists, but I can't complain for the service I receive."
