"AVOID - they are a bunch of useless retailers who will promise you prompt service but will fail to deliver. We delt with a guy called Sharif. He was cool & professional on the phone but then failed to deliver twice ( when we took afternoon & evening off to wait for delivery ). When we tried to call him he kept given us lies after lies & didn’t even try to deliver. A disgraceful service."
"Ordered a fridge freezer, which was delivered late. Removal of the old fridge freezer was paid for, they kept making excuses for 6 weeks. Still not collected after 6 weeks. Parts of the new fridge freezer were broken, still waiting for the new parts, they don’t answer my calls."
