"Went to the Cheese shop to find a variety of products. Pick up 3 different cheeses and waited for a member of staff at the till. It was 5 minutes before they came. We checked our bill on the way out and found that we had been over charged. Returned to the till and we had been charged for an item we had not selected. The staff sort of apologise and gave us a refund. Putting aside these incidents the Cheese was brilliant and I will return but with caution. Calverley crunch is the best cheese I have ever experienced."
