"This pharmacy has lost its duty of care to its elderly patients . For years my Dad who is housebound has had his medication delivery . It’s weeks now from ordering his medicines before if we are lucky they are delivered. In fact the latest prescription which thankfully was just some cream was ordered 3 weeks ago and still not arrived . I have today had to make a 50 miles trip to pick up his urgent medication . He’s lucky that he has a family , god help the old who do not . No phone call , no nothing you should be ashamed ."
