"Paid a taxi so could pick up prescription, got there and they said they couldn't use signaturex even though used this before there. Told me to go a few further miles to Hulme - like I have the money for that after just spending money to get to Harpurhey. Most unhelpful staff ever, need more training."

"We all know this is a business as well but its business franchise and the girls working there . They do not own the pharmacy even if they do. They have to respect people when they come to collect medicines. 4 times send me home and told me come back . I went back she said my computer is not working and we don’t have that type of medicine today. Then her friend came and gave me. Means she lied. The weather is -4,-5. You should not play with people like this. Gain more customer service skills or hire experienced people ."

"Took over a week to get my insulin I had to go without, then there was items missing from my prescription I was told it wasnt on my prescription when i know for a fact it was. I was also told there was no prescription for me it to some time to convince her that there was before she would go and have a look and guess what it was there, this has happened over a week incompetent staff waste of my time they to busy laughing and joking with other staff I will never step foot in there again If I could give no stars i would 1"

"My family and I went to this store today, the lady who was in the cashier accused my daughter that she hided something then my daughter put it in the basket which was at the next point of sale. After that another cashier came and checked but couldn't find any basket or anything there. I'm disappointed that this happened in front of my children and my wife. I'll share my terrible experience with all my friends. I won't ever go to this branch."
