"Bought some Calpol for our 4 month old baby, the bottle lid was cracked and therefore we were unable to close it properly & couldn’t be 100% sure that this hadn’t been tampered with. My wife took it back and asked for a replacement but they refused- as it had left the shop. A damaged product should be replaced and we could not risk using. We left it there and brought again from the co-op instead. Definitely not up to the GPhC standards expected. Really disappointed."

"Big thank you to A. Rahman (Pharmacist) who administered my travel vaccinations for Thailand. He was incredibly welcoming, amicable and informative. He provided really good information and advice in the first consultation which allowed me (and my partner) to make an informed decision about which vaccines I would like to go ahead and book there and then, and which of those would require some extra thought. I had three doses of a rabies vaccination, all of which were really comfortable experiences. I would also like to thank all of the other staff who I've spoken to on the phone and at the front desk who are always so friendly and facilitative. I've never had a bad experience at Everest and would highly recommend them - well done team!"
