"Booked an appointment online and gave my card details to secure the booking. Arrived 3 minutes late to an appointment, due to parking restraints on the road. I apologised for this. The shop was empty. But was told I couldn't continue with my appointment because I was already half way through it and it would conflict with the next booking. I was then charged £18 for a missed appointment?! Clearly have enough clients to not welcome new ones. Real shame!"
