"They used to be so good in here, but has gone downhill really quickly. Really poor service. Have to chase up regular prescriptions every single month. Never answer the phone, are rarely open the hours listed and often have handwritten messages on the front of the store stating they are short staffed and therefore closed. Really stressful when you have time specific medication you need and it is nearly always late"

He came to pick his prescription up and they’d didn’t have it ready so they told him to come back a couple days later and still didn’t have it. When my grandad left he said “maybe next time” and the women went “yeah maybe”. So rude like bro. Annoying old rat ❤️"
