"Not a great experience. I have been on a trip today run by the council for disabled children for which we are extremely grateful for. The coaches provided were a 2015 and a 2005. I ended up on the 2005 coach, I can't speak for the newer coach but this 17 year old coach while clean and tidy has very small uncomfortable seats, the curtains are locked away using a bolts in the rails so you cant cover the windows and the air conditioning does not appear to be operational. Having now been stuck in the back of the coach roasting alive on a hot day and being beaten by the sun almost contstantly shining through the window on my side, I am both now burnt by the sun and have a pounding headache while some other passengers are using personal fans to try and keep cool. If you choose to use this company as an organiser please enquire as to exactly what you are getting. I appreciate they may have offered this at a discounted rate for the trip due to the excellent cause and the best of their fleet may not have been available. Driver was courteous and other than the complaints above it was all ok."
