Coincidentally, I was assisted by the manger called Nadine who is very hands on and rendered great service... photo credits go to her! Then I was gifted a boots shaper by Steve! "OMG what a wonderful shoe shop. Can't be any better. Bought two beautiful pairs of boots. Soft Italian leather, very funky with thick soles but vey bendy and well designed.
