"I never write reviews good or bad but felt I had to on this occasion. The service I received was terrible with this agency. I was basically fobbed of when I complained about the room. The hotel in makkah was so filthy that I couldn't walk on the floor with my Bare foot. I basically lived out of my suitcase. I stayed out most the day to avoid going to the room that i payed premium price for as at times i couldnt stand it. I complained to shoakat who runs the travel shop but I was basically told to complain to someone else who he booked it through. I payed one stop travel not this other guy. I pleaded with him to give me a nicer hotel in medina. Wasn't expecting a 5 star but The medina hotel wasn't the best either. He didnt reply to me at all. Again just got fobbed off with silence. Far from haram no towels or toilet rolls. I only stayed 1 night then ended up staying at a hotel my parents were staying at as they had an extra bed. What a waste of money. He'll take your money but when it comes to service or a complain your on your own as you won't get a response from him. Never again will I ever use this guy again."
