"All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Greeted with a warm welcome and their hair cuts are top notch. Would recommend."
"Really poor experience last week. Booked a slot online, turned up and someone sat down just as I arrived. Halfway through his haircut I almost walked out. Never seen someone cut hair so fast. Guy was out within 7mins, even after cutting his mole and making him bleed. I sat down and she moaned about it being his fault that she cut him. Water must have been off in Garforth as I have never had my hair cut without it being sprayed with water. Took a bit more time with me, but as soon as someone else came in, she began rushing again and had me out. After I washed my hair, I could see that I had tufts of hair that weren't even touched, safe to say I won't be returning."

"Very friendly and efficient service. Good range of customers from young kids, teens to older gentlemen. I visited Saturday lunchtime when it was very busy with a long wait - only 2 staff out of 3 on duty. I will revise my rating next visit as I will avoid this busy time. One step up from street. Good lighting. Seating for 8 people to wait."
