"Went to have my eyebrows waxed on Wednesday, ready for an important family wedding on Saturday. On returning home and looking closely at my brows, one was great and the other one hardly had any brow left on towards the tapered end. Definitely unequal brows. I returned the day after and was told “that’s not normally how I do brows”. She also said”well you have scar tissue in your brow”. Yes I do, but that’s in the eyebrow that has been waxed well, not the one that’s half bald!!!!! I would not recommend this salon at all. I went in with two brows and came out with 1 and a 1/2. Yes I got my money back but wish now I’d never gone there"

"Booked an appointment via text as no one every answered their telephone and on the day of the appointment the salon was closed and the women didn't even apologise for booking the wrong date when it was clearly stated in writing what day & time I had requested. Poor & rude customer service will not be booking here again"

"I have had a shoulder and back massage with Carly, as well as an Indian head massage and hot stones massage with Faith. Both of these appointments have been since the Salon reopened after full lockdown and during the Covid restrictions. All necessary guidelines are followed and I did not feel anxious. The treatments were excellent. The hot stones massage experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend La Femme beauty clinic and for me it is nice to support a local business."
