"I had a gel manicure here, which isn’t a manicure it’s just a file and polish. They had none of the colours I wanted and the pedicure was dreadful because the colour I chose was old and gloopy. They had no thinner and offered to re paint my toes with a different colour but they seemed very moody about the fact they might have to do this. I opted just leave with the polish badly applied. The girls in here are miserable and if you dare complain they make it very obvious they just want rid. I’m sure they’ll be delighted to hear I will never be back!"

It was quick and easy to book an appointment for under an hour's time even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Helen was sweet and chatty when wrapping my nails ready for gel removal and Iwana did a beautiful job with the new colour. It's well run, efficient, clean and organised and the atmosphere is upbeat and happy. I'll be a regular customer now!"
